Approved all financial reports prepared for internal and external management, oversaw budgeting and forecasting efforts, participated in contract conversion activities, acted as proposal or cost volume manager for contract and engineering change proposals. Hired, trained, and evaluated staff. Received two division awards for participation in cost reduction and productivity improvement efforts. Chosen as contract employee of the month in May, 1996. Security clearance: Secret, inactive.

06/79-07/85 Held administrative positions in public and private business sectors. Duties included, but were not limited to: writing grant proposals, preparing annual financial reports for non-profit business, performing general accounting and administrative functions, hiring and training staff and volunteers.
