ACPE Word of the Lord 2011
Each year, the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders (ACPE) meets to seek the Lord for the prophetic word. This is a team of respected prophets who have the conviction that they are an Acts 13:1-3 model. This passage notes that it was the Holy Spirit giving the word as a consensus among the group and not just to one prophet. So, even though this is a compilation of the prophecies that we have each brought to the round table meeting, it was the general consensus of the ACPE members that the Holy Spirit was speaking the following prophetic words to us.
The ACPE has met now since 1999. This year, for the first time, we invited a group of emerging young leaders to join us. As a result, we probably had the most powerful time of seeking the Lord that we have ever known. At the end of the meeting, a time of impartation took place.
While we are calling this a prophecy for 2011, it is to be understood that the time frames for the fulfillment of prophecies cannot only be confined to a calendar year period, thus this constitutes more of a seasonal prophetic word.
It is also a given that, in some cases, the obedience of the people to respond can either delay, change, or alter what we have seen by the Spirit during this time.
The Year of Transitions
This will either be a year of open heavens or a year of the perfect storm.
The number 11 has the biblical meaning of transitions. 2011 is the year where we are transitioning from one place to another. Where we will end up at the end of this time depends, in many regards, on how we respond to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
2011 will be a year of great pressure and stress, particularly, the first three months when it will seem as if we are in a toe-to-toe battle with the forces of evil.
This is a Tipping Point Year
If, in the middle of the pressure of the season, we faint and lose heart, the scale will tip away from us and there is a possibility of great loss and defeat.
The Year of the Straits
The number 11 can be likened to places in the earth such as the Straits of Gibraltar between Spain and Morocco. We will, at times, feel constricted, but the narrowing of the way will only cause us to go to the new place that God has for us in the season if we do not fail the test during the pressure.
The Birth Canal
Another analogy that the Lord gave us was the number 11 is like a birth canal. The baby being born is going from the comfort of the womb to the stress and discomfort of being born into a new, large life.
Dreaming Dreams
Joseph shared his dreams with his 11 brothers; represented by 11 stars in Genesis 37:9 and it caused great relational stress. God will pour out a season of dreams and visions this year even among the very young. Watch out for relational stress and keep your heart right in the middle of it.
The Year of Great Expectations
Expect the unexpected in this coming year.
Hebrews 11:11 is key:
“By faith, Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.”
Expect a miracle! God wants to break the barrenness in your life of hope deferred. Many have given up on their dreams and downsized what they believe for because of the times. God’s Kingdom is an ever-increasing Kingdom and He is for advance and not retreat.
This is not a time to compromise what God has said to you, but rather to believe that all things are possible. God is not a man that He would lie. If He said he would do something, He has not changed His mind.
A Time of Preparation, Going Deeper into God and Intimacy
New assignments will be passed out in this year of transition for those who do not draw back in the season of testing and fire. Go deeper in God and draw refreshing from His presence and you will make it to your new place of advancement and anointing.
Proverbs 20:5:
“Knowing what is right is like deep water in the heart; a wise person draws from the well within.”
Creative Miracles
The level of the miraculous will increase with the Creator loosing miracles of creation that will directly oppose the spirits of humanism and intellectualism.
The Restoration of the Tabernacle of David
Great emphasis will be upon worship again this year. Worship is the key! Many new 24-hour houses of worship will spring up across the world and result in an open heaven over nations and many souls saved. It is harvest time!
Acts 15:16-17:
“After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up; So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, even all the Gentiles who are called by My Name, says the Lord who does all things.”
Great Harvest of those in the Arts/Entertainment Field
Extraordinary moves of God will occur in the entertainment and motion picture industry. Bold, new, unashamed voices will arise and many will listen to their testimonies.
Word for the United States
The nation hangs in the balance and this is not a time to grow weary of praying and acting on behalf of righteousness and justice. Don’t let the pressure of the season cause you to retreat into entertainment rather than standing on top of what is happening around you.
We must watch for terrorist attacks as many are having dreams and visions of coming attacks.
One of the illustrations given to us was the phrase, “Are you ready to rumble?” This is used among wrestling aficionados as the match begins. It does more than alert the contestants that the match will start; it also creates an excited expectation in the crowd. God is asking the Christians in America today, “Are you ready to rumble?” The game is at hand and there needs to be a climax of excitement as we anticipate God’s next move in the land.
2011 is one of the most critical years in the nation’s history and the foundations are burning and are in danger of being destroyed. We must fast and pray and take extraordinary measures to “rumble” both the heavens and the earth.
The Eleventh Hour 11-11-11
This date will have a special significance in this “eleventh hour” time frame.
John 11:11 says:
“Lazarus our friend has fallen asleep, but I go that I may awaken him from slumber.”
The Mayflower Compact was signed on 11-11, 1620 and God is looking for a new generation of reformers who will make a covenant with God and others to stand and fight to awaken this nation in this dire moment of history.
Proverbs 11:11:
“By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted, But it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.”
World
There is a worldwide student-led volunteer movement being birthed across the face of the earth. Satan is going to try and start wars such as he did when the first student volunteer movement started around the turn of the 20th century. World War I effectually shut down the movement as students went to war at times against each other. We must pray against the starting of a third world war, as Satan wants to escalate world events for His purposes.
Psalms 110:3:
“In the day of Your power your youth shall be volunteers.”
Korea
Particular prayer needs to take place for Korea as one of the greatest missions movements is destined to come out of this nation that will go to the ends of the earth.
We also strongly felt that President Lee should stand firm against North Korea’s aggression.
Middle East
A more widespread persecution will arise against the believers if we do not begin to intercede for the Middle East. However, there will be a move of God of the youth in nations such as Syria, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia who will not love their lives unto death.
Economy
We must intercede against hyperinflation that will strangle the ability of people of give to world missions.
Intellectual Properties
A great release of new wealth will come from ideas given from God in the form of intellectual properties. A new creative anointing of ideas for those who will use the wealth for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
Children
We are on the verge of a great Children’s Awakening that will span the globe. Child evangelists will begin to preach in churches and large arenas and thousand will be saved and healed.

If the Mayans have been right. And if some of the soothsaying scientists have also been right. Then the Earth will meet its doom in 2012. And the entire human race will be wiped out in three years' time.
This should be extremely fair. Be it old or young, rich or poor, pretty or commonplace, smart or mediocre, everyone will end the same way.
God must be such a wonderful Being for cracking such a joke!
The Hollywood blockbuster 2012 foretells the end of the planet. It also indicates that the US government has been told of this secret, but keeps concealing it in a bid to prevent premature commotion across the surface of the Earth.
Predicting death could have been the master of all tortures.
Just imagine. Inside the hearts of convicts awaiting the gallows. All the hopes have been dashed, and they can only wait for Death inching its way towards them.
Such a torment perhaps comes a hundred fold more afflicting than Death itself.
The mental state of humans may come tumbling down because of non-acceptance, and the society will be plunged into utter chaos.
This is a kind of spontaneous response. But there is also the likelihood of another kind of response.
When the Doomsday comes, all the many goals we have been pursuing are no longer important.
It doesn't also matter how much we have in our bank accounts. Does Li Ka-shing still need his billion-dollar estate anyway?
No one should worry about their liabilities, for the bankers and loan sharks may most likely not come after you.
The pains and illnesses we suffer are immaterial now: the ending is the same, only a matter of timing.
Promotions and increments are also meaningless; and foes need not be that spiteful seeing each other, either.
How are we going to face the eventuality when the time has arrived?
This has reminded me of a true story.
1985, a Japanese airliner with 524 people onboard took off from Tokyo for Osaka.
The plane exploded 45 minutes later. The doomed aircraft span around mid-air for five minutes before crashing.
During those five minutes, the passengers onboard were well aware of what was awaiting them.
What were they thinking of or doing then?
The search team later recovered two notes at the crash site. They were obviously the last words of two passengers.
One of them wrote: "My three children, you have to take care of your mum. The plane is on its way down and there's no more hope. I've been very happy this whole life. Thanks everyone!"
The other wrote: "Honey, take good very care of our kids!"
The closing moments in life could be a time to care for the loved ones, not just to lament our imminent passing.
The remaining five minutes were not for grumbling or hatred, but gratitude.
The termination of life could be heart-warming, not necessarily hair-raising.
Five minutes or three years, that duration could reflect how humanity looks at life.
Are the Mayans really that precise? Are the scientists over-pessimistic? Or are the soothsayers sounding too alarming?
Perhaps only God, or the President of the United States, knows.
If we only have three more years to live, we should be able to get a lot of enlightenment from it if we care to put on the thinking cap, including reassessment of the meaning of life, and that we should treat other people, as well as our planet, a little better.

The Lord is saying: "There is a wind that is beginning to blow the dust from your shelf. You are being called and will be sent forward again.
"There will be fastings in this next season that you didn't experience in the last season. But the fastings will be for the enlargement of your territory.
"I am beginning to amass My people and join them together in troops. They will be land- and structure-changers. They will find and release those [who] were held captive by old ruling systems and release them to be restored. Many of these captives will be the leaders of My armies in days ahead.
"I am beginning to move on those people [who] have not known angelic intervention, and they will know angelic intervention.
"I am beginning to blow again, and some will say, ‘I must leave the mixed structure of my old Jerusalem, the place of my beginning, [which] was mixed with sorrow and religion. I must come to Antioch, be renewed, and [be] sent from there into where I need to go in the future.' At this time, I am ordering the way for you to leave, be sent, return new, and complete what was not completed in the last season. I will come now and use what you have seen in your past as a pattern to propel you past the enemy and into the future.
"Look around you. Things might seem to be the same, but I have positioned you high on the mountain, and even the place that looks familiar no longer is familiar to you! I have raised you up to give you a vision of what I would do to bring down, build up and recreate your destiny that is waiting for you. The heavens are opening up over you and if you will ‘see,' I will use you to create the new.
"Hear the sounds of confusion that were confusing you. I have lifted you above that confused fray! I will cleanse and redirect My purposes in you. I've lifted you above confused noise and structures that would have held you captive.
"Sound has movement, and confused sounds were moving around you. I will show you new ways to overrule the enemy, and then you will descend as I send you back into the confused noise of the world that you once knew. You will be like a battle axe that has been anointed to cut through and form a path in the midst [of] the enemy's territory.
"I've been disciplining and training you in new ways. You will be My engineer of a new highway. You will engineer the way ahead. You will move ahead in a new way. ... You will begin to set an order that hasn't been set. You will begin to be the engineer and know how things are measured and lined out for the future.
"But you'll say, ‘I don't feel trained.' But I will train you as I give you one piece at a time. I will cause you to engineer a new way. I have a heavenly release that I am bringing down upon you, and from the heavenly sound you will re-engineer the highways through the confusion in the earth realm.
"I've had to pluck the very depths of your soul. I've had to create a sound in your soul that you didn't even know was there. I've had to pull your personality from deep within you because the sounds of the world had captured My sound in you and diverted your personality.
"I have settled you so your impatience that was linked with the cares of the world would not rule your soul. I have formed a Rest Center on your behalf so you could gain a strategy to move through the dark night of your soul and into day.
"I've brought a new assignment to your life that will cause your personality to shine in Me. I have plucked the sound of your soul and caused your heart to create a sound that will express My heart. Now your soul will resound with Me."

Prediction given in Jan 2008, some have come to pass

Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson predicted global violence and chaos in 2008, along with economic recession in the United States, in annual prognostications broadcast on Wednesday's "700 Club" television program.
In what has become an annual tradition, the one-time presidential candidate explained an apparent error in what he thought he heard God telling him in a prayer retreat at the end of 2006.
"Last year I felt God was saying there was going to be some kind of terrorist attack that might involve a nuclear weapon," Robertson said. "That hasn't happened, didn't happen in 2007."
"All I can think is that somehow the people of God prayed, and God in his mercy spared us," Robertson said.
But Robertson, who once agreed on television with the late Jerry Falwell that the 9/11 attacks were God's judgment on America's sin, indicated he isn't sure the nation is yet off the hook.
"I think some of those things that have been stored up are going to happen, but it's just a question of when," he said. "And it didn't happen, obviously, in 2007. We had terrible fires. We had awful floods in the Northwest. We had some other disasters in the Heartland, but we didn't have a terrorist attack. And for that I'm very grateful. So did I miss it? Possibly. On the other hand, did God avert it? Possibly. But whatever, it didn't happen. So I think we can all rejoice in that."
This year's prophecy brought more doom and gloom.
"The Lord was saying there's going to be violence and chaos in the world," Robertson said of his most recent prayer retreat. "This is not going to be a peaceful year."
"And lo and behold, we had hardly finished the prayer meeting when the screens were filled with violence in Kenya," he said. "There's violence in Pakistan. We've just begun to see what's going to happen. The nations are going to be convulsed with violence. This is not going to be a fun year in terms of political activity. There will be violence all over the world."
Economically, "I think is we're going to have a recession here in America, if we are not already in it," he said. He predicted the price of gold will hit $1,000, oil will increase to $150 a barrel and the dollar will continue to fall. "That will not necessarily be a good thing for our economy," he said.
"I also believe the Lord was saying by 2009, maybe 2010, there's going to be a major stock market crash, and not just a little blip like we've had, but a major crash," he said. "And we'll have time to kind of run for the lifeboat. It's not there yet, but it will be coming down the road."
On the upside, Robertson predicted that evangelism will intensify, as hard times force people to seek spiritual answers. In particular he sees "a great move of God in China and India."
"What I'm praying about is China," he said. "I'm asking for 250 million in China. We haven't had that breakthrough yet, but I think we're going to get it. God's going to give us China, and China will be the largest Christian nation on the face of the earth. They're going to come to Jesus."
Robertson's interests in China are more than spiritual. He has media holdings there, and in 2006 said the U.S. should seek economic partnership with China, breaking ranks with other evangelicals who oppose dealing with China unless the nation improves its record on human rights.
Robertson said he didn't "have any revelation" about U.S. future in Iraq. "I had a deep unease about this Iraq war from the very beginning," he said, "that just in my spirit I knew, and the Lord told me, it would be a disaster. Well it has been a disaster."
But Robertson said he received a clear word about Israel. "The Lord shared with me, and I believe I heard the Lord, that the leadership of Israel is in a fog, that their minds are in a fog," he said. "And they don't see the danger, the danger that is coming to them. And it's as plain as the nose on your face to see what a tragedy it would be if you turned the West Bank over to terrorists and give half of Jerusalem to these people. It's going to be an unbelievably bloody mess."
"Just like now in the Gaza Strip, factions of the Palestinians are fighting one another," he said. "They have mismanaged. There's been corruption. There has been all kind of veniality. There has been persecution of minorities. You say, 'How can these people be partners in peace?' And yet the Bush administration, as one more example of folly in foreign policy, is pushing with all its effort to make this thing happen, like it's going to be some sort of a trophy. Well they're moving toward self-destruction, and those of us who love Israel are very concerned. I am one of them."
Concerning his own ministry, Robertson said: "I think in this year to come, more than anything, that what God's emphasis for CBN needs to be is helping the poor and the downtrodden. There are people in this world that are just crying out to God for help, and the Lord basically was saying to me if you take care of them, then you're taking care of me. And if you minister to them you are ministering to me. And if you look after them I am going to look after you."
Robertson also implied God told him who will be elected president in 2008.
"He told me some things about the election, but I'm not going to say, because some old man on '60 Minutes' would make fun of me, so I'm not going to tell you who the winner's going to be," he said.
But he may have hinted that it won't be Hillary Clinton, the only woman who is running. "We will not name the name of the gentleman who will be doing that," he said in a joking rejoinder to a question tossed in by "700 Club" co-host Terry Meeuwsen.
It also didn't appear the nod would be going to Republican Rudy Giuliani, whom Robertson has endorsed. "I'll just keep that to myself and look with horror at what may be happening," he quipped.
In 2004 Robertson predicted President Bush would win a second term in a "blowout." Bush defeated John Kerry 51 percent to 48 percent and carried the electoral vote by a single state.
In 2005 Robertson forecast "triumph" in Bush's second term. Since Election Day 2004, the president's approval ratings slipped to an all-time low, and Republicans lost control of Congress in mid-term elections in 2006.
Robertson has been wrong before. He said Russia would invade Israel in 1982, that there would be a worldwide economic collapse in 1985 and that U.S. Sen. Jay Rockefeller would be elected president in 1996.

Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson predicted global violence and chaos in 2008, along with economic recession in the United States, in annual prognostications broadcast on Wednesday's "700 Club" television program.
In what has become an annual tradition, the one-time presidential candidate explained an apparent error in what he thought he heard God telling him in a prayer retreat at the end of 2006.
"Last year I felt God was saying there was going to be some kind of terrorist attack that might involve a nuclear weapon," Robertson said. "That hasn't happened, didn't happen in 2007."
"All I can think is that somehow the people of God prayed, and God in his mercy spared us," Robertson said.
But Robertson, who once agreed on television with the late Jerry Falwell that the 9/11 attacks were God's judgment on America's sin, indicated he isn't sure the nation is yet off the hook.
"I think some of those things that have been stored up are going to happen, but it's just a question of when," he said. "And it didn't happen, obviously, in 2007. We had terrible fires. We had awful floods in the Northwest. We had some other disasters in the Heartland, but we didn't have a terrorist attack. And for that I'm very grateful. So did I miss it? Possibly. On the other hand, did God avert it? Possibly. But whatever, it didn't happen. So I think we can all rejoice in that."
This year's prophecy brought more doom and gloom.
"The Lord was saying there's going to be violence and chaos in the world," Robertson said of his most recent prayer retreat. "This is not going to be a peaceful year."
"And lo and behold, we had hardly finished the prayer meeting when the screens were filled with violence in Kenya," he said. "There's violence in Pakistan. We've just begun to see what's going to happen. The nations are going to be convulsed with violence. This is not going to be a fun year in terms of political activity. There will be violence all over the world."
Economically, "I think is we're going to have a recession here in America, if we are not already in it," he said. He predicted the price of gold will hit $1,000, oil will increase to $150 a barrel and the dollar will continue to fall. "That will not necessarily be a good thing for our economy," he said.
"I also believe the Lord was saying by 2009, maybe 2010, there's going to be a major stock market crash, and not just a little blip like we've had, but a major crash," he said. "And we'll have time to kind of run for the lifeboat. It's not there yet, but it will be coming down the road."
On the upside, Robertson predicted that evangelism will intensify, as hard times force people to seek spiritual answers. In particular he sees "a great move of God in China and India."
"What I'm praying about is China," he said. "I'm asking for 250 million in China. We haven't had that breakthrough yet, but I think we're going to get it. God's going to give us China, and China will be the largest Christian nation on the face of the earth. They're going to come to Jesus."
Robertson's interests in China are more than spiritual. He has media holdings there, and in 2006 said the U.S. should seek economic partnership with China, breaking ranks with other evangelicals who oppose dealing with China unless the nation improves its record on human rights.
Robertson said he didn't "have any revelation" about U.S. future in Iraq. "I had a deep unease about this Iraq war from the very beginning," he said, "that just in my spirit I knew, and the Lord told me, it would be a disaster. Well it has been a disaster."
But Robertson said he received a clear word about Israel. "The Lord shared with me, and I believe I heard the Lord, that the leadership of Israel is in a fog, that their minds are in a fog," he said. "And they don't see the danger, the danger that is coming to them. And it's as plain as the nose on your face to see what a tragedy it would be if you turned the West Bank over to terrorists and give half of Jerusalem to these people. It's going to be an unbelievably bloody mess."
"Just like now in the Gaza Strip, factions of the Palestinians are fighting one another," he said. "They have mismanaged. There's been corruption. There has been all kind of veniality. There has been persecution of minorities. You say, 'How can these people be partners in peace?' And yet the Bush administration, as one more example of folly in foreign policy, is pushing with all its effort to make this thing happen, like it's going to be some sort of a trophy. Well they're moving toward self-destruction, and those of us who love Israel are very concerned. I am one of them."
Concerning his own ministry, Robertson said: "I think in this year to come, more than anything, that what God's emphasis for CBN needs to be is helping the poor and the downtrodden. There are people in this world that are just crying out to God for help, and the Lord basically was saying to me if you take care of them, then you're taking care of me. And if you minister to them you are ministering to me. And if you look after them I am going to look after you."
Robertson also implied God told him who will be elected president in 2008.
"He told me some things about the election, but I'm not going to say, because some old man on '60 Minutes' would make fun of me, so I'm not going to tell you who the winner's going to be," he said.
But he may have hinted that it won't be Hillary Clinton, the only woman who is running. "We will not name the name of the gentleman who will be doing that," he said in a joking rejoinder to a question tossed in by "700 Club" co-host Terry Meeuwsen.
It also didn't appear the nod would be going to Republican Rudy Giuliani, whom Robertson has endorsed. "I'll just keep that to myself and look with horror at what may be happening," he quipped.
In 2004 Robertson predicted President Bush would win a second term in a "blowout." Bush defeated John Kerry 51 percent to 48 percent and carried the electoral vote by a single state.
In 2005 Robertson forecast "triumph" in Bush's second term. Since Election Day 2004, the president's approval ratings slipped to an all-time low, and Republicans lost control of Congress in mid-term elections in 2006.
Robertson has been wrong before. He said Russia would invade Israel in 1982, that there would be a worldwide economic collapse in 1985 and that U.S. Sen. Jay Rockefeller would be elected president in 1996.

God will pull us together in unity through unprecedented ways. That we can partner with Him during this time of fulfilling prophecy. God wants us to be the answers. And He will give a year of victory for those who will rule with His dominion.
The Major Thrust of 2009: New Wineskins and New Wine
God is looking for those who have developed and are producing innovative receptacles and fresh vessels for His Kingdom in every sphere. These vessels are New Wineskins. The spheres to influence are: Religion, Family, Education, Government, Media, Arts/ Entertainment and Business. As Rev 11:15 says, “…The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord…”
Today’s new wineskin has Structure: The Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers who are equipping God’s people for the work of the ministry.
Today’s new wineskin has Strategy: Every Believer is a minister who has been equipped and released. This commission is the Saints Movement.
Today’s new wineskin has a Message: The Gospel of the Kingdom of God is the message. This Advancing Kingdom message must be demonstrated with power.
Today’s new wineskin has Momentum: It is the Army of the Lord; Joel’s violent, militant army. It is the new intimate Worshipping Warriors.
When we provide these New Wineskin then God pours in the New Wine. The New Wine is: God’s Glory, God’s Goodness, God’s Blessings and God’s Presence. This New Wine is as Isaiah expressed (Isa 65:8) it is found in the cluster…and a blessing is in it. 2009 brings a new mixture of God’s goodness, blessing, presence and glory, creating something new.
There will be many Responses to New Wineskins and seemingly forced change. Persecution will look like increased legalism and control. A false unity will arise bringing more separation between true and false. A denominational religious spirit always seeks to kill the new emerged. There will even be a release of a deception doctrine concerning why some don’t have the presence of God. One of our downfalls as a nation and a church in times past has been to advance through Empirism. Today as we collide with Saul’s religious mountain we must have a Kingdom mentality.
There are more volatile shakings coming to the earth. So God has planned for us a Season of Acceleration. In this season we will be faced with defining choices, taking a leap into the future, and walking in faith without seeing the next step. We will even be challenged in our faith with understanding the spirit realm.
As we come up higher we will find our need for clean hands, pure heart and a change to our garments, (Zac 3 & 4 – 7). We will have Zerubbable’s finisher’s anointing if we deal with a spirit of fear and negative cycles in our lives.
We are to make room for God’s presence to empower the church for mobilization, preparing for harvest, and calling in resources . This will help shift us from the exploration to the explosion of the miraculous, bringing real partnership across church and communities. This is Kingdom culture vs. Church culture.
Kingdom Culture vs. Church Culture
As we focus on the Kingdom culture there will be a renewing of our path (national destiny). As a nation the UK will launch into Europe and shine in 2009. We will establish influence as in Is 59:19. We will be known as Deliverers and Peacemakers shining with Christ likeness and character. Advancing with extravagant praise, extreme generosity and even the media will support the kingdom advance to some degree. God is looking to change structures in governments and nations, especially Islamic nations to bring about a mass conversion to Jesus.
There will be a Repositioning of Alignments vital to your future . Many of your roots will be loosened in order for you to be replanted. This kingdom culture has a different kind of unity, it is Godly alignments and relationships based in Christ like character. This will promote a new cohesion; an intricate unity moving us from our own agenda to reaching out without compromise. We will be refined to release supernatural power in the midst of adversity. All of this pressure brings more shifting and shaking, but it also brings more desperation for God’s presence that releases breakthrough in signs and wonders.
UK and Government: Anyone can be Blessed to Succeed when they Empower Others
There is great favour as we realign to invest more in others. We have entered into a new level of contending against religious legalistic spirits in church, in business and in government. As a Sectarian Spirit is seen in the UK ,God is giving strategies to overcome. Man’s systems have already begun to shake. These systems are losing synchronization, they are out of control. Now is the time for the Daniel’s to speak to national leaders, bringing interpretation to dreams and visions. You will be blessed to succeed when you empower others.
There will be a political shift coming. You will see increasing hostility towards believers. There could be riots (some racially motivated), protests and demonstrations.
As you hear of secret alignments some visible and invisible, remember to intercede for they seek to give a greater level of control and place to an Islamic agenda. Our God is dealing with anything associated with Empire in our motives, in the church and in the nation. God has given us a dominion anointing to govern and establish Gods presence in all spheres.
The Next Generation: God has a Plan to Awaken our Youth to Transform Culture
The next generation still needs Mothers and Fathers. Those called to release the Abrahamic blessing, that through us, all the families of the earth will be blessed. We are called to continue reaching marginalized children using spiritual and governmental authority to influence and impact society. Our children continue to be bombarded with sex education agendas from their early years. Abortion still brings judgment to our land, but God has a plan to awaken our youth to transform culture through the media and music.
Economy: Your Experience of Gods Goodness does not Depend on the Economy
David says in Ps 34:8; “Taste and see that the Lord is good…blessed is the man who trusts in Him.” David also tells us in Ps 23; “The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want… His goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life.” Our experience of Gods goodness is not dependent upon the economy, but on our understanding and relationship with God.
God is accelerating His purposes in the earth through a global recession. There is a war over the transfer of wealth. The war over wealth includes the harvest of people. Provision will be connected to revelation. Don’t be separated from God’s Prophets. Each Christian must still seek, knock, ask and be obedient to the plans the Holy Spirit personally gives them. But revelation will cause God’s people to have inside information. This is not a bull or bear economy but a lion economy; The Lion of Judah! Revelation will assist the Church to resist recession.
In this Recession there will be a transfer of wealth and a redistribution of wealth. We must learn to take possession of the supply lines and become wise stewards of diverse resources. The wealth and power wars that are happening now are forcing nations to realign. As different nation’s financial institutions support or refuse support for each other there will be realigning of allies. Supply, Land and Power go together so nations will be trying to increase their borders. Dominion wars have begun!
Through 2009 there is an ongoing cleansing of nation’s moral systems with this global economy shaking.

That Satan will no longer deceive the nations.
My elect, Be not deceived, Believe not every spirit. Learn to perceive clearly between: Good & Evil, Pure & Impure. Discernment can and will Preserve you from the Days of Deception the earth has entered into.

"Truly the hungry and the thirsty, in this hour, are seeking water, and they have found none. But I will open up rivers in high places, and I will water the wasteland, and the desert shall blossom like the rose. And I will satisfy your desire in scorched places, for I have seen the journey of My people. I have seen the affliction with which they have been afflicted.
"I have walked with you through your dark places. I have held you and caressed you in your dry places. Yet, because of the nature of the journey in this season, it has been difficult for many to recognize My hand. I would say unto you now, while you cannot see My hand, you do know My voice. Take comfort in the fact that while you are waiting to see My hand of visitation and My hand of vindication, yet you can hear My voice.
"For I will not leave you without a word; I will not leave you without a declaration; I will not leave you without a decree; for I speak, and it stands fast. I command, and it is done. I will bring again water out of the rock—not the rock of man's making but the Rock of My choosing. Out of the wounded side and the belly of My Son there comes in this season a mighty torrent, a river that shall come out of heaven in this next season and flood the saints, and they shall rejoice in the river by My glory," saith the Lord.
"But you would say with the multitude of voices, ‘How can I, oh God, in this season distinguish Your voice? At one time, I thought I knew it well. But where I have been and what I have been through has challenged my ability to feel as though I could rightly recognize the voice of the Shepherd.'
"Hear now, My child, I call you by name. My Spirit bears witness with your spirit that you belong to Me. There is never a day that has gone by [on which] I have not witnessed to your spirit that you are Mine. Every time you open the Holy Book, My Spirit speaks to you. Yet because you have been surrounded by many a test and by many a trial, you have given your ear to the voices of temptation and to the voices of distraction.
"But My voice is clear and certain, and you already know it. Do not allow the enemy to cause you to say in your heart, ‘I do not know the voice of my Shepherd.' The only voice you have ever followed in consistency, that has brought you health and safety, is My voice.

"Truly the hungry and the thirsty, in this hour, are seeking water, and they have found none. But I will open up rivers in high places, and I will water the wasteland, and the desert shall blossom like the rose. And I will satisfy your desire in scorched places, for I have seen the journey of My people. I have seen the affliction with which they have been afflicted.
"I have walked with you through your dark places. I have held you and caressed you in your dry places. Yet, because of the nature of the journey in this season, it has been difficult for many to recognize My hand. I would say unto you now, while you cannot see My hand, you do know My voice. Take comfort in the fact that while you are waiting to see My hand of visitation and My hand of vindication, yet you can hear My voice.
"For I will not leave you without a word; I will not leave you without a declaration; I will not leave you without a decree; for I speak, and it stands fast. I command, and it is done. I will bring again water out of the rock—not the rock of man's making but the Rock of My choosing. Out of the wounded side and the belly of My Son there comes in this season a mighty torrent, a river that shall come out of heaven in this next season and flood the saints, and they shall rejoice in the river by My glory," saith the Lord.
"But you would say with the multitude of voices, ‘How can I, oh God, in this season distinguish Your voice? At one time, I thought I knew it well. But where I have been and what I have been through has challenged my ability to feel as though I could rightly recognize the voice of the Shepherd.'
"Hear now, My child, I call you by name. My Spirit bears witness with your spirit that you belong to Me. There is never a day that has gone by [on which] I have not witnessed to your spirit that you are Mine. Every time you open the Holy Book, My Spirit speaks to you. Yet because you have been surrounded by many a test and by many a trial, you have given your ear to the voices of temptation and to the voices of distraction.
"But My voice is clear and certain, and you already know it. Do not allow the enemy to cause you to say in your heart, ‘I do not know the voice of my Shepherd.' The only voice you have ever followed in consistency, that has brought you health and safety, is My voice.

Each year, God speaks a significant prophetic word to me for the upcoming year. These words give direction and help us align ourselves and our lives to receive the blessing God has ordained for us. It is amazing how the prophetic word unfolds throughout the year!
This year, God has given me what my husband, Mark, and I believe to be five strategic keys for 2009. ... Now more than ever, it is imperative that we hear God and follow His word. Never before have we found ourselves at such a crucial stage in history! It seems that everything is changing so fast. Indeed, the overwhelming outcry of our nation has been for change. The recent election certainly can attest to that.
Our newly elected leader, President Barack Obama, stated on his Inauguration Day, "The world has changed, and we must change as well."
I believe that our nation has made a drastic change. There has been a major shift in both the natural and the spiritual realms. ... As we watch the news and listen to celebrities, we see that the spirit of this nation has swung from godliness to unrighteousness.
In 2008, God gave us the option of going through the gate and making our way back to Him. Sadly, as a nation, we continue to slip further and further away from the principles that this nation was founded upon. We have chosen to do what seems right in our own eyes.
Life will never be the same from this point forward! Change has come, and we have entered into a new season.
The number 9 (2009) represents finality, the ending of an era, if you will. God is saying the year 2009 signifies we have crossed over, and what we have always known will never be the same again!
No longer will our nation be known as a "Christian" nation. Those days are behind us. As Dorothy said in the Wizard of Oz, "We're not in Kansas anymore!"
Through the sins of our nation, there has been a loss of innocence in our nation. We have so blatantly denied holiness and righteousness and have strayed so far from God ... that a spirit of anti-Christ has risen in our land.
I am not declaring God's judgments on America; however, there are consequences to our choices. Our nation cannot continue to murder innocent babies by the thousands, condone and applaud same-sex relationships, and continue to stray further and further from God [without repercussions].
I believe that as time progresses, the days will become darker and more difficult. The Bible confirms that in the last days this will happen.
However, here is the awesome news: Though the world darkens, we, the church, brighten! We are called to be a light on a dark hill! Our best days are ahead of us!
This is our time to show the world what the true love of Christ is all about. We will make an impact, but not by our old ways. The days of protests and picket signs are behind us! That type of behavior only reinforces the world's opinion that the church is full of radical, judgmental bigots who hate everyone else. If you don't believe this, just watch CNN!
Yes, it is time for change--not in the church's message, but in our methods.
It has been documented that the world changes every 3-5 years. I carry around a Blackberry, and I can e-mail, phone, or text anyone in the world. I can watch TV, listen to music, and access my personal computer files. Wow! What happened to eight-tracks and record albums?
The problem is that the world is rapidly evolving, but the church changes only every 30-40 years. What does this say? That we are lagging behind, that we are not keeping up with the ever-changing culture.
Our old way of reaching the world is not making it. News flash! Unbelievers are not knocking our doors down to get into church. We need to learn to "do church" in a new way!
It's time to reach the world in a relevant way that gives people hope. The Bible says the whole world waits in earnest expectation for the revealing of the sons of God. Another translation says the world is groaning (as in birth pains) for the children of God to arise.
The world is waiting for us to reveal we are God's children. And how will they recognize us? By our love!
Here are five key strategies that God is saying we must begin to activate in our lives in 2009:
1. Strengthen key relationships
2. Create a covenant community of believers
3. Demonstrate love through compassionate outreach
4. Learn to operate in the supernatural
5. Get your finances in order
Strategic Key #1
Strengthen Key Relationships
When God wants to bless you, He brings people into your life. When Satan wants to destroy you, he brings people into your life.
Perhaps you have heard this saying before. There are basically four types of relationships: those that add to your life, those that take away, those that multiply, and those that divide your life and your relationship with God. It is time to evaluate every relationship in your life. Strengthen "God-ordained" relationships. Evaluate the people and relationships of those you minister to. Work to create healthy relationships in every area.
Here are some ideas to help you:
* Focus on relationships that encourage and celebrate you
* Focus on relationships that motivate you to be better than you are
* Focus on relationships that challenge you out of your comfort zone
* Focus on relationships that look to your future and do not hold you to your past
I realize that we all have people we minister to who are in our lives for the purpose of ministry. They may not fit into the above categories. In other words, you pour out for their sake while receiving very little in return. That is OK, but be sure to use wisdom in developing and maintaining these relationships.
Here's how I handle ministry relationships. I am willing to minister to anyone who is willing to receive help. I look for hungry people, not just hurting people. Hurt people hurt people. Hungry people are willing to do whatever they have to do. Hungry people can push past their pain because they really want to be different.
I pour out only to those who want to get better. And I do not let them drain me. This is one of the enemy's biggest tricks. He will distract you with someone who will keep you preoccupied and not focused on what God has called you to.
Finally, look for strategic key relationships in business, in the community, in ministry. The saying, "It is not what you know, but who you know" is totally true. You need others to help you reach your destiny, and they need you!
Strategic Key #2
Create a Covenant Community of Believers
If we are going to make a difference in the world, we have to focus on the body [of Christ] first. We can't have an impact until we get the church in order. We can't be effective if we come to church and can't stand the person sitting at the end of our row.
We have to unite together to make a difference! We need each other. Hillary Clinton wrote a book titled It Takes a Village [in which she makes the point that it takes a village to grow a child]. Well, it takes a covenant community to change the world!
The Bible says we all bring something to the table. There are diversities of gifts and different manifestations of those gifts. We need them all. None are too small!
We must rethink our very purpose in coming to church. Instead of wondering, What can I get today? think What can I give? Don't come to get; come to give!
Strategic Key #3
Demonstrate Love Through Compassionate Outreach
Love is the most powerful force in the universe. It is what compelled the Father to send Jesus.
I was ministering in another nation recently. While preaching in a somewhat traditional church, I saw a woman sitting in the back of the sanctuary. I could tell she was not a "regular." She was wearing a rumpled, slinky, tight-fitting dress, and her hair was a mess. When I looked her way a few minutes later, she had disappeared. I whispered a prayer in my heart that God would draw her back by His love, that somehow the message I was preaching would touch something deep in her.
At the end of the service, as I ministered around the altar, I saw her. I don't think I will ever forget the sight. She was broken. Her body shook badly as she wept in hopeless desperation. Her mascara was streaked down her cheeks, her stockings had runs in them, and she smelled.
Yet, in that moment, I was overcome with love. It wasn't my love. I am not sure I am capable of pure love like that. It was the love of the Father. It was His heart I was feeling. It was His hope for this woman who stood before me that evoked this overwhelming force I was feeling. It was for her Jesus came.
As you may have guessed, she was a prostitute. She told me she was drawn into the service as I preached. She shared with me how she had to leave to turn a trick because her pimp was expecting her to meet her quota. She would receive a beating if she did not. But when she was finished, she rushed back, hoping that the doors would still be open, that someone would be there who cared, that someone would love her.
I prayed with her as she asked Jesus into her heart. I introduced her to the pastor, and he promised to get her help. He promised to help get her off the streets. I may never see her again, but I remember her often.
She is just one in a sea of hurting people. They are everywhere, and we must love them in the midst of their situations. We must not turn them away or be freaked out by their sins; we must reach out to them right where they are. We must learn to love those who are different from us. We must love the woman who just had an abortion, the young man who just came out, those who are of a different religion. For them, Jesus came.
Strategic Key #4
Learn to Operate in the Supernatural
Now more than ever, we must operate at a higher spiritual level. We must receive training and impartation to operate in the supernatural.
Here are some things you need to be focusing on:
* Learning to hear the voice of God for yourself
* Learning to hear the voice of God for others and to use your prophetic gift
* Praying for increased discernment
* Praying for an increase of signs, wonders, miracles and healings
I know that our mind-set is that we are not spiritual enough, not holy enough, not called to be used by God. But Jesus said that we would do greater works than He did.
Everywhere I go, I see God healing and doing miracles! For the past several months, in every service, God has been performing incredible healings. I would say 98 percent of those sick and in pain are healed instantly. Every week, I see people healed of various sicknesses and injuries. But not just in church. In everyday life! Right where people live. So be bold and believe God wants to use you at work, at school, at Wal-Mart.
Strategic Key #5
Get Your Finances in Order
God is giving us an advance notice to get our finances in order. At some point, there will be an economic collapse in our nation. I don't think it is in the immediate future, but I do believe it is looming. God is giving us advance warning to start preparing now!
In times like these, we tend to get fearful. Fear not! God will provide for all our needs. Now is not the time to decrease our giving. In tough times, we give more. It is a spiritual principle that we cannot out-give God. In fact, the more we sow, the more He brings back for a harvest.
Keys to Godly Finances
* Tithe and give offerings (Increase giving in your season of need.)
* Live within your means (If you can't pay cash, don't buy it.)
* Pay off credit-card debt (Pay off higher-interest debts first.)
* Look for bargains when purchases are necessary (I don't pay full price for anything.)
* Evaluate the necessity of a purchase (Do you need it, or do you want it?)
* Save for the future
* Ask God for creative, multiple-income streams
I pray that you will put the five strategic keys God gave me into action right away. Pray each day about how these words apply to you personally and keep them before you. Declare them for 2009!
We are living at a most exciting time, and there is much work to do in the kingdom. Together we can make a difference!

In times like these, we tend to get fearful. Fear not! God will provide for all our needs. Now is not the time to decrease our giving. In tough times, we give more. It is a spiritual principle that we cannot out-give God. In fact, the more we sow, the more He brings back for a harvest.
Keys to Godly Finances
* Tithe and give offerings (Increase giving in your season of need.)
* Live within your means (If you can't pay cash, don't buy it.)
* Pay off credit-card debt (Pay off higher-interest debts first.)
* Look for bargains when purchases are necessary (I don't pay full price for anything.)
* Evaluate the necessity of a purchase (Do you need it, or do you want it?)
* Save for the future
* Ask God for creative, multiple-income streams
I pray that you will put the five strategic keys God gave me into action right away. Pray each day about how these words apply to you personally and keep them before you. Declare them for 2009!
We are living at a most exciting time, and there is much work to do in the kingdom. Together we can make a difference!

A thousand fires coming to New York City?
When I was a kid, I read about David Wilkerson who took to Gospel to the gangs of New York. I even saw the movie "The Cross and the Switchblade" that was made about him. Many know about that, but most don't know what happened in his church just eight years ago.
In the fall of 2001, Pastor David Wilkerson, of Times Square Church in New York City, was warned by God that a calamity was coming. For six weeks they felt an intense burden and enormous heaviness. A critical need for intercession was so profound that Pastor Wilkerson canceled everything on the church calendar – mission's conferences, youth events and every guest speaker.
For six weeks, there wasn't a sermon. Instead, there was intercession for our nation with weeping and repentance. They knew something was coming and that something was bad. And that something was soon. So they prayed. And prayed … and prayed.
Then Wilkerson felt God telling him something that seemed rather bizarre. He felt God telling him to make sandwiches – lots of sandwiches. What were they for? Who would eat them? That part wasn't clear, but his church did what they believed God was telling them anyway.
And on the 10th of September they stayed up all night making hundreds and hundreds of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. By morning they had about 2,000 sandwiches. At 8:46 a.m. the first plane hit the World Trade Center and Times Square Church was ready to feed and minister to rescue workers and victims of our nation's worst attack.
Making sandwiches all night is a strange thing to do. If someone told me to stay up all night making sandwiches, I'd probably tell them they were crazy. But if David Wilkerson says he's heard something from God today, I think we'd be crazy not to listen.
He now says he feels the same thing he felt leading up to the attack by radical Islam. In an "URGENT MESSAGE" dated March 7, 2009, Wilkerson said:
AN EARTH-SHATTERING CALAMITY IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN. IT IS GOING TO BE SO FRIGHTENING, WE ARE ALL GOING TO TREMBLE – EVEN THE GODLIEST AMONG US.
For 10 years I have been warning about It will engulf the whole megaplex, including areas of New Jersey and Connecticut. Major cities all across America will experience riots and blazing fires – such as we saw in Watts, Los Angeles, years ago.
There will be riots and fires in cities worldwide. There will be looting – including Times Square, New York City. What we are experiencing now is not a recession, not even a depression. We are under God's wrath. In Psalm 11 it is written:
… God is judging the raging sins of America and the nations. He is destroying the secular foundations.
The prophet Jeremiah pleaded with wicked Israel, "God is fashioning a calamity against you and devising a plan against you. Oh, turn back each of you from your evil way, and reform your ways and deeds. But they will say, It's hopeless! For we are going to follow our own plans, and each of us will act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart" (Jeremiah 18:11-12).
In Psalm 11:6, David warns, "Upon the wicked he will rain snares (coals of fire) … fire … burning wind … will be the portion of their cup." Why? David answered, "Because the Lord is righteous" (v. 7). This is a righteous judgment – just as in the judgments of Sodom and in Noah's generation.
WHAT SHALL THE RIGHTEOUS DO? WHAT ABOUT GOD'S PEOPLE?
First, I give you a practical word I received for my own direction. If possible lay in store a 30-day supply of non-perishable food, toiletries and other essentials. In major cities, grocery stores are emptied in an hour at the sign of an impending disaster.
… I will behold our Lord on his throne, with his eye of tender, loving kindness watching over every step I take – trusting that he will deliver his people even through floods, fires, calamities, tests, trials of all kinds.
Note: I do not know when these things will come to pass, but I know it is not far off. I have unburdened my soul to you. Do with the message as you choose.
Warren Buffett has said that our economy has "fallen off a cliff." With the election of the most pro-abortion president (and Congress) in history, there's no question that we deserve God's judgment.
Just yesterday, Barack Obama signed an executive order to use children for spare parts. So much for defending the "least of these," as he so often quoted during his campaign. Cannibalizing the weak to help the strong. And by the way, don't believe everything you hear in the news – Obama didn't say he was against cloning. He said he was against "reproductive" cloning. Killing a new life after cloning one is another matter entirely: the cowardice of Obama's "Brave New World."
The bottom line is that we are economically and morally bankrupt. And it's reported that Iran now has all they need to build nukes.
So, when the guy who made the 2,000 sandwiches on Sept. 10 warns us: "AN EARTH-SHATTERING CALAMITY IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN,"I think we would do well to heed it. And follow the words Wilkerson quotes from the prophet Jeremiah and "turn back each of you from your evil way, and reform your ways and deeds."

Dr. Bill Hamon believes that God is changing our perspective in the 21st century from seeing the church as a building with four walls to the Church as a people. "The Church is wherever the saints are. The people of God will do ministry and miracles as God directs in business places also."
"It takes the same Holy Spirit, the same anointing, the same blood for the full-time Christian worker as it does for the Christian businessman," he says. "We need to know how to pray and intercede. God will raise up a great company of saints in the marketplace to demonstrate the power of God in the Kingdom of God."
According to Hamon, founder of Christian International Ministries, Christians will move in government and in the marketplace like Daniel and Joseph, in key places at key times. "Christian businessmen will see this move as not another way to get rich, but as a way to demonstrate the Kingdom of God on earth. They will be salt and light."
He believes that some business people will have daily staff times to train their people in the principles of God. "God is getting ready to invade the earth. According to Daniel 7:18, 22, 27, the saints will take the Kingdom."
Great Move
Dr. Hamon says that within the last 50 years of the 20th century God has reset, re-positioned, and restored all of the five-fold ministries. "God uses each decade to clarify, magnify, and reposition the church in a place to fulfill the vision," he says.
* In the 50s, the church saw the restoration and rise to prominence of evangelists like Oral Roberts and T.L. Osborn.
* In the 60s, great churches arose led by pastors such as David Yonghi Cho. Once a church of 500 was considered large, but today churches of 5000 or more are not uncommon.
* In the 70s, the charismatic teacher renewal was led by people like Derek Prince, Kenneth Hagin, and Dennis Bennett. These were not Pentecostal expounders. There was no prophecy nor praying for the sick. They taught and people came by the thousands. Prior to this move of God the teacher was seen as someone only in a Bible college.
* In the 80s, the prophets were restored to the Body of Christ; men like Bill Hamon and Paul Cain. Many denominations had not recognized the prophets, saying they were not for this dispensation, that there was no need for them since we had the Bible.
* The 90s, saw the emergence of the apostles, or the apostolic ministry. This ministry includes leaders like Peter Wagner and John Eckhart. Most Pentecostals have questions about the apostles; evangelicals practically have no place for them at all. They had to be restored to the Body per Ephesians 4:11-13, "And He gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers…."
"When all five ministries have come together, we will relate together and equip the saints," Hamon declares. "Then we will see the 'saints movement' and they can go forth and compel people to believe with supernatural signs."
Prophetic Prayer
"Prophetic prayer is praying with the mind of the Holy Spirit," Hamon says. When intercessors pray, sometimes they pick up and see things in the spirit. They are watchmen on the wall, and God will share things with them."
According to Hamon, once God shares His foreknowledge, the intercessor must use wisdom on how to share that. "If they must share it with the leadership, they should 'give it and forget it,' and move on to something else," Hamon says. "They should not try to influence or impact the pastor or leader more than they should. Trust God to work it out. It is possible to make warfare in prayer."
Hamon believes that the prophetic warrior gets into trouble when he tries to manipulate and control the reaction or obedience of others. Such manipulation can border on witchcraft. "They are not the conscience of the leader or the Holy Spirit. They are a vital part of the ministry if they stay in their proper place."
"An ear should stay an ear, an eye should stay an eye," Hamon says. "Do what you are called to do. All leaders need prayer. Prophetic prayer can be some of the most effective prayer there is," he says. "Just know the power and the pitfalls.

This is the time to awaken and receive the wind of change here in Malaysia. Now, let’s decree right now that there will be a new wind beginning to blow right now across Malaysia. Father, we call in the wind of revival here in Malaysia. We ask You, Lord, to blow in. Lord, we thank You for Penang. We ask for that revival wind to blow across Penang. We ask You, right now, to blow mightily across this nation. Father, we ask that You begin to move on us in a whole new way. {Sound of shofar} Father, we hear the sound of the shofar and we say, right now, heaven is releasing a new wind. {Sound of Shofars being blown}.
Now, receive the wind of heaven coming down upon us while we are here. {Sound of Shofars being blown} Father, we announce to every principality and power. We make an announcement, by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, His Spirit is going to move in, in a new way, throughout this land.
Now, I believe in this season in Malaysia, you need to recognize God is looking down and He’s looking from region to region in all 13 of your states here. And He’s saying: Where are My 7 key churches that are moving forward with Me? And if you will begin to identify them…… It doesn’t just have to be 7. Remember, they can be 14, 21, 28, 35, 49. But, remember, God works in ‘7’s to bring His process in. If you would start looking in every state of this nation to pinpoint where the Spirit of God is moving or where the Spirit of God intends to move in those 13 states, you would start defining the next move of God for this whole nation. It’s time for transformation to come into Malaysia.
You’ve got groups that are there: One covenantally aligned with God; the other group is not covenantally aligned with God. And, yet, God has already positioned some key people for influence.
Now hear me. You’re entering into a new season beginning next year. Now hear what I’m saying to you. Beginning next year, God is going to start forcing a conflict. I woke up this morning and at 4.00 a.m. this morning, when I was seeking the Lord, He said, “The conflicts of the heaven have already begun in Malaysia. And I’m creating a people that will rise up in the midst of these conflicts and be the turning point that I need in the earth realm.”
Now hear what I’m saying to you: God is going to force the enemy structures to take notice of His kingdom plan in this land. What is God doing? What’s He trying to do? See, the prophetic works in four dimensions.
1. It works personally. What’s He trying to do in you personally? Why is it important that we are all here personally in Malaysia?
2. It works corporately. Who are you connected with? See? Paul shared one of his key connections this morning. Who are you connected with? That’s part of your field. That’s part of the group you’re with. In other words, your prophetic destiny is linked in to the whole of those you are connected with.
3. The prophetic works territorially. Where are you positioned? Are you positioned right for your future? Or is God moving you to a different territory so your gift can begin to operate in a new way? Are you aware that He will move you from one place to another because He knows you are not positioned right physically?
4. The prophetic works generationally. In other words, what I am doing today is affecting my six children and all the spiritual children I have connected to
See, Jubilee is not a Malaysia thing. It’s a biblical thing. See? This isn’t a Malaysia thing that is going on here. Somewhere or another in your culture, you’re saying, “We’re going to use the biblical concept of the Bible to present in this nation.” It was God who created Jubilee. So, all of a sudden, even the Moslems are participating in Jubilee in Malaysia. It’s amazing. They might not even know it because God created the Jubilee concept. See? And, so, here you are in Jubilee.
Then He told me this. He said, “I want you to teach My people about the First Fruits concept. See, what will happen at Jubilee: you would present a special offering, another first fruit offering. And, see, once you’ve learned the concept of first fruits, you’re always giving God your best. The Lord said, “Teach My people how to give Me their best and I will make sure they have the best”
See, here’s the way I see Malaysia. It has this window of heaven open. It’s not just your Jubilee time. It’s your moment in time. It’s your kairos time. And, do you know when you’re a part of a territory and it’s your kairos time, all of a sudden, God’s going to come down and meet with His people first. He’s not going to meet with people who don’t know Him. He’s not going to meet with the people who’re resisting Him. He’s going to meet with YOU first. He’s going to start moving upon you personally. He’s going to start moving on you corporately. He’s going to start moving you into a new dimension of understanding so you know how to move into the future.
The Word of God is coming down to you right now. It’s dividing asunder soul and spirit. It’s causing things to the left to be cut off, causing things to the right to be cut off.
See, one of the things the Lord showed me is that there was a movement coming from the right filled with divination to try to stop you from being creative to advance. He showed me there was a movement coming from the left trying to set an order that is not His plan of order. And God says, “Right now, I’m raising a people up through this narrow place. I’m moving on you personally so you’re FILLED with faith, so a new faith dimension is in operation in you, so you advance in a new way, because this is the time that I’m POURING down on you, I’m moving on you.”
Now, at this time, we need to see the greater purposes of God that He has. This is what the Lord spoke to me. This is where it became(?) very important for you today. While I was seeking the Lord this morning for you, He said to me. See, that’s why it’s easy for me to travel. I don’t get a lot of jetlag because I’m always up between 3 and 6. See? And He was saying to me, He said, “The conflict has begun. But tell My people to open their
eyes. I have greater resources for them than they know. I have greater revelation for them.” Very important time.
There’s three generations that must align here in Malaysia right now and move forward because this is a time that you can begin your process of overcoming all. Now hear what I am saying to you. And though you feel like you are a minor force in this nation, God says, “Tell them to open their eyes. They have a greater influence right now because I’m putting a new mantle on them. Then, they know. I’m going to begin to use them in peculiar ways so the entire world takes notice of the changes that start next year in Malaysia.”
(1) Now, I don’t know what this means, but I want to say this prophetically to you. The Lord told me there are two pillars in this land that must shake and fall. And the Lord says, “I’m going to give My people strategy to push those pillars down and watch them fall. Then a new foundation’s coming into this nation that will and has not been seen in other nations
The sound of worship is going to start penetrating the atmosphere of every state in this nation. Many of you will come just to receive a worship anointing, then go back to where you came from. There’s a new move of God going to come on worship in this land. The worship movement is now going to begin.
And He said this, “Tell My people to see into a new dimension, to open their eyes, because even though there is great conflict over this nation, I have the host of heaven that’s coming to interact with you.”
“And I would say to you in these days of celebrations there is a clash in the heavenlies that’s occurring. And I would say clash after clash are beginning to arise. The contention of the heavens are coming into alignment. But I say I have a sound in My people and I have a mantle that I’m putting upon them that now they will rise up in favour,” saith the Lord.
(2) “I would say to you there are two political pillars that My people must address in days ahead.
(3) “I say, for My people, the prophetic anointing must flow in a new way through this land. For I am creating a new leadership that will rise up from state to state to state that will cause My people to move into freedom and advance.
(4) “And I say to you there is another pillar that will begin to rise up and it will be one from the enemy’s camp that will favour My people for the next 7 years. I say to you another will rise up and there will be great conflict in the government of this nation. I say allow the government of this nation, the civil government, to contend with each other for it will cause My people to find a window of freedom to advance forward. “I say to you, receive the mantle I am giving you this hour.”
Now, Father, I loose the seer anointing across this nation. I say Your people will begin to see the angelic intervention that You’re sending to help.
(5) “I say there will be a new uniting of your next government in this land that is linked with your spiritual government.” saith the Lord.
(6) Now I want to say this to you, beginning next year in January 2008 for 10 months, you will be confronting in prayer certain spirit is trying to hold you captives. Months after months, next year becomes a year that the church goes into intercession in a new way.
Remember at the tenth confrontation, God says now, put the blood on the door post, I’m going to Passover, I’m going to Passover. See, blood is always required. Now here is what I want to say to you, God’s children, the blood and the spirit works together for the glory of God. We don’t operate like other religion. Our confrontation is by the spirit. The blood of the Lord Jesus Christ when we appropriated, forces the glory to be seen in us. We don’t operate for blood shed, none of God’s children operate from the stand point of trying to force religion.
